MISSIONS

14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? 15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”

LCC's missions program seeks to share the gospel and to enable other feet to do the same thing.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Every Sunday at 8:30am, numerous groups within our congregation meet together for the purpose of devoting themselves to the teaching of God's Word, fellowship, and prayer (Acts 2:42). Click here to see a list of the Sunday School classes offered. We invite you to consider joining one of these classes as they will encourage and enrich you to grow in your Christian walk.

Bible Studies

Our men's and women's Bible study groups provide a great setting for digging into God's Word and for getting to know other believers within the church. You will be challenged to know God more deeply while growing in your relationship with others. Click here to see the current Bible studies being offered for both men and women.

Awana Kid's Club

Wednesday nights-6-7:30 pm (during the school year) Kids ages 3rs-5th grade.

Awana stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed," which is from 2 Timothy 2:15: "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
AWANA is a children’s club in which kids are able to learn biblical truths, memorize scripture, get awards, play games, and have a blast!

Family and Children's Ministries

We desire to  be an extended family who teaches kids about Jesus Christ through different programs, but also to support the parents who are at all times a living witness for Christ to their offspring.

Upward Sports

Every October through March we host an Upward Basketball league, staffed by volunteers from churches all over the area, which serves over 100 children each year.  The players and cheerleaders who participate learn the skills of their sport and more importantly hear the truth of God's word every practice and game day.
